Connect with nature as you flow through poses surrounded by greenery and fresh air. This in-person event is the perfect way to relax and recharge for the week ahead. All levels are welcome, so whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, come join us for a blissful morning of movement and mindfulness. Don't forget to bring your mat and water bottle!
