Join us SUNDAY Morning at Hillside Coffee House for Yoga & Sound in the Yard.
Flow through a chill Vinyasa yoga session in the yard, then unwind with a relaxing sound bath. Good vibes, good coffee—bring your mat and come hang out! 🌞🧘‍♀️🎶

These sessions are facilitated by Reiki Masters & Sound Practitioners, Ericka & Stephanie, of High Vibes MKE. They have been practicing since 2019.
Jacky is a certified yoga instructor with 12 years of dedicated practice, specializing in Vinyasa, traditional Bikram, and Yoga Nidra. Her approach weaves together mindful movement, sound, and meditation to guide you into a healing flow that nurtures deep relaxation and inner balance.
Please arrive a few minutes early. Walk-ins welcome.

Appointment Cancellation Policy: For cancellations, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance and we will try to work something out with you. No call no shows forfeit your spot and any credits/rescheduling.
