Outdoor Sound Bowl Healing & Meditation at NAC Village Farm

Join us for an evening of relaxation and energetic renewal under the stars at NAC Village Farm.

This gentle, immersive experience combines the healing vibrations of crystal sound bowls with guided meditation by JOY Newtown, helping you release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with your inner calm.

As the soothing frequencies move through your body, you’ll experience deep rest and energetic alignment, an opportunity to let go of what no longer serves you and welcome new intentions. The soft glow of fire pits will enhance the ambiance, creating a serene, grounding environment as the sound bowls harmonize under the open sky.

To carry the energy home, each guest will receive a crystal and a palo santo stick, symbols of cleansing, renewal, and continued intention setting.
