Outdoor Sound Bath at Sunset

Join us for a transformative crystal sound bowl healing experience under the open sky, guided by deeply restorative energy-infused frequencies.
Before the sound journey begins, the space and instruments are energetically cleansed and infused with healing intention. The session opens with guided breathwork and a brief meditation to ground and center your awareness, rooted in the earth beneath you and held by the natural world all around. From there, you'll be carried through an immersive sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls and bells, designed to harmonize your energy, release tension, and restore balance to mind, body, and spirit.
Allow the pure, vibrational tones to wash over you as you rest beneath the stars in a state of deep relaxation and receptivity.
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and water bottle. Dressing in layers is recommended, as temperatures may shift once the sun sets.
