This is a unique experience where the calming sounds of crystal bowls blend with the peaceful energy of nature to help you unwind, release stress, and feel rejuvenated.
🗓 When: The first Saturday of every month at 9:30 AM
📍 Where: Cactus Joe's Nursery
💵 Donation: $15 per person
We’ll be outdoors surrounded by the beauty of the desert landscape, so be sure to bring your yoga mat, blanket, or anything else to make yourself comfortable.
Sound baths are a perfect way to reset and recharge, and being out in nature only enhances the healing experience. I’d love for you to join me and take a little time for yourself.
