In addition to our regular sessions, instructor Nancy Osley offers free Qigong practice most Thursday mornings May through mid-October at the Village Square - just across the street from the library. (Weather permitting)
Qigong is a gentle, moving meditation that’s easy to learn and suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Simply follow the instructor’s movements to help reduce tension, improve breathing, and increase flexibility while enjoying the health properties of outdoor movement.
These outdoor sessions are weather-permitting and open to everyone age 12 and up. No registration required - just drop in!
