Join us for POUND Fitness Workout Classes!

Get ready to rock out and work up a sweat with this high-energy cardio jam session inspired by the fun of playing the drums. No drumming experience required! If you ever wanted to play the drums as a kid and your parents said no, this class is for you :-)
