FREE pop-up workouts for the Louisville community are back!Shred415 and Paristown are joining forces to present a free summer pop-up workout series at Christy's Garden. These 45-minute classes are open to all community members and all fitness levels. You Instructor will empower you to work at your own level and intensity. You can expect cardio drills, strength exercises and fun!
- Monday, June 9th 6:30pm with Ashley
- Wednesday, July 23rd 6:30pm with Allison
- Tuesday, August 19th 6:30pm with Allison
- Sunday, September 28 9am with Emma
Bring a mat and water. Stick around for food, drinks and community at the Village Market Food Hall after class! Space is limited, reserve your spot in the Shred415 app or by emailing [email protected].
