About this Event

TruFusion STL certified instructor Angela Merlo will take you through a 45 minute Pilates class which will incorporate yoga, burts of cardio, and strength training! Class will take place in the Chesterfield Amphitheater!

Our classes are achievable for people at ALL LEVELS, and we are devoted to providing asupportive and educational environment. Our instructors guide with each student’s individualskill set in mind!

PROVIDED EQUIPMENT: RESISTANCE BAND

NOT PROVIDED: YOGA MAT, WATER - PLEASE BE SURE TO BRING YOUR OWN
