Come join Outdoor Nevada host Connor Fields as we go on a guided hike at the Ice Age Fossils State Park. You’ll learn more about the pre-historic animals that roamed this region more than 100,000 years ago while you enjoy a 1.5 mile trail hike through Nevada’s newest state park!
The Las Vegas Wash Trail allows you to see the greenest area of the park and learn about the natural history of the site. The 1.5 mile trail is easy to moderate in difficulty with some steps, slopes, gravely surfaces and uneven terrain.
Afterwards, we’ll all gather for a picnic and Connor will answer questions about his experience as the host of Outdoor Nevada.
Cost: $25 per adult (please call 702.799.1010 x5499 to register children, 1 free child per paid adult).
The cost covers your entrance fee to the park, soft drinks/water, lunch and a
12 month subscription to the Vegas PBS SOURCE magazine.
