Join Jessy C Yoga and local plant expert Tia from PREAM for a nourishing outdoor morning where movement meets growth—inside and out.
We’ll begin with plant knowledge and care, guided by Tia, with simple care tips and space for intention-setting. Then, we'll have an all-levels yoga flow in the fresh air, grounding into the body, embodying our plant friend energy, and welcoming the energy of spring.
