Join us for a gentle outdoor evening sound bath in the beautiful grounds of Ketteringham Hall Surrounded by nature as the summer evening begins to soften, this session is a chance to slow down, breathe deeply and take some time to properly rest and recharge.
You will be invited to get comfortable and relax while being surrounded by the soothing sounds of gongs, singing bowls and other calming instruments in a peaceful outdoor setting.
No experience is needed. Just bring yourself and allow yourself an hour to pause, unwind and reconnect with a little stillness beneath the open sky.
