This will be a heart-opening evening of outdoor music, movement, connection, community & ceremony.
The journey will include:
• A welcome circle & warm up to ground & arrive together including essential oils
• Ceremonial cacao ~ a gentle plant medicine to support heart connection
• Conscious Dance (around 1 hour) ~ space to move freely, release, & express
• Sound healing ~ soothing vibrations to help integrate & restore
As always, this is an inclusive space for all.
No dance experience is needed ~ bring your body, your curiosity, and whatever you’re carrying with you. You’re welcome exactly as you are.

We will keep an eye on the forecast just beforehand, weather being fine we will dance outdoors in a beautiful valley just outside Aberystwyth in Rhydyfelin with a full sound system, & if it rains we will check our plan B!
