About this Event
OVERVIEW:
- Get ready for a clue-solving adventure around downtown San Jose. Search for real-world clues and solve puzzles in the box to find out where to go next. The city is literally your game board!
- Each ticket includes one game box. Multiple players can play with each box (see below).
- Tickets reserved a week or more in advance will receive their kit in the mail. Tickets reserved less than a week in advance will pick up their kit at the start point on the day of the adventure.
- Start time is flexible - you can play anytime during daylight hours and even play on a different day if your plans change.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
- One game box
- Lockbox with a real lock
- Clue envelopes that are locked until you're told otherwise!
- Other fun clue items, like a magnifying glass and handkerchief
- QR codes to access the web-based app (no download required)
- A pen
NUMBER OF PLAYERS:
Recommended for 1-4 players so that everyone can participate, but you can play with up to 6 if you are okay with sharing clues and taking turns.
STORYLINE:
A mysterious M**der. Six Suspects. A string of clues. Investigate the evidence to eliminate crime locations and check alibis until you can make an accusation. Do you have what it takes to put the pieces together and crack the case? Search for clues, solve puzzles, and explore Downtown San Jose on this unforgettable escape room adventure!

HOW TO PLAY
OPEN CLUE KIT
Dig into the mystery with a variety of clue items and a lockbox. Though you must sign up for a particular time slot, feel free to play anytime within the playing time windows (listed on the box)! Scan QR code on box for info.
SEARCH FOR CLUES
Find clues hidden throughout downtown San Jose. That mural you walked by? The letters on the coffee shop ceiling? Clues are everywhere! The game will tell you where to search next as you play.
