Picture this: a certified guide expertly leading you through a sensory journey designed to help you rediscover nature's calming rhythm. It's the perfect way to shake off the stress of a busy week and rediscover a natural sense of ease.
Libby Curtis Webb leads this immersive experience. She passionately shares her dedication to connecting people with nature as a Kripalu Meditation Teacher and Mindful Outdoor Leader. Join this transformative experience and leave your worries behind with Libby as your guide.
What To Expect
You will be guided through the experience, so bring an open mind and curiosity. This all-level class begins with gentle breathing and mindful movement. Then, we will walk the land together while practicing several sensory invitations and wrap up with a group sharing circle.
Your certified guide will offer gentle prompts throughout the experience to help you focus on your senses and remain connected with nature.

Notes and Guidelines
• Meet Guide in the Main parking lot promptly at 10:30 AM.
• Guests must stay with Guide at all times.
• Please dress accordingly for exploring outdoors. Bring appropriate footwear and clothing for weather.
• The walk will last roughly 1.5 hours. Be prepared to walk at an easy pace, with breaks, for that length of time.
• Alnoba’s buildings are closed. Walkers may use the portable restroom in our parking lot.
• No dogs are permitted on the property.
• This is a walking tour only - no bicycles.
Refund and Weather Policy
Tickets are non-refundable. Please note that all events at Alnoba are rain or shine. If an event is cancelled due to extreme weather you will receive an email notification. If you do not get an email notifying you that the event is cancelled, that means the event is still going forward as scheduled.
Your Ticket Purchase Supports Getting Kids Outside
All proceeds from these events go to support Kensington's Sawyer Park. This public park is 30+ acres of safe, beautifully-maintained space where families from across the Seacoast gather to meet, play and enjoy the outdoors. All proceeds from this event are donated and ticket sales are therefore nonrefundable.
