A 5-week nature-based wellbeing programme for women in Mid Sussex - imagine forest school for grown-ups!
About this Event

It’s not rocket science, but it is science - being connected to nature improves our wellbeing.

Facilitated by qualified and experienced nature-based wellbeing practitioners, activities will include:

seasonal conservation activities
fire building
whittling and green woodwork
nature art and crafts
mindfulness
wildlife observation
nature walks

This programme is for women in Mid Sussex experiencing overwhelm / perimenopause / menopause, who would benefit from some restorative ‘me time’ with like-minded people in a peaceful, natural setting.
