Hello Fit Family! Coach Tommy Lim & Coach Nga will be participating in this year's Out of the Darkness Community Walk through American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. We have created a team so if you'd like to be part of this feel free to join, register, and support. Coach Tommy has lost family and friends to suicide and will walk this fall to show his support and to bring awareness.
