This year’s theme, From Barrier to Breakthrough, celebrates the people behind our mission—the individuals who have faced obstacles, discovered new possibilities, and transformed opportunity into success.
We are honored to welcome Jim Gibbs, former President and CEO of Goodwill Industries International, as our keynote speaker. Gibbs, who is visually impaired, brings a powerful personal perspective to this year’s theme and will share a message of overcoming barriers, recognizing potential, and creating pathways to opportunity.
