Start your Pretty Girl Ditch Day with movement, mindfulness, and a deep exhale.

Hosted by House of Healing, this beginner-friendly stretch and yoga session is designed to help release tension, calm the mind, and reconnect you with your body through gentle movement and breathwork.

✨ What to Expect:
• Guided stretching and light yoga flow
• Breathwork and relaxation techniques
• Gentle movement to reduce stress and tension
• A calming and supportive atmosphere

Please arrive dressed cute and comfortable in activewear, athleisure, leggings, sneakers, or anything that allows you to move freely. Yoga mats are encouraged if you have one.

Info: Tap into your creativity during our signature planter head experience. All planter supplies will be provided. Guests are encouraged to bring a scarf and any accessories they would like to personalize their planter head with, such as earrings, jewelry, sunglasses, or other cute decorative touches.
✨ Spa and wellness services will begin during this portion of the event and continue throughout the day for guests.

Info: After lunch enjoy a special reading and conversation with featured author Janay Harden, sharing inspiration, encouragement, and empowering messages for women.

Info: Close out the day with music, laughter, networking, photo moments, sisterhood, and elevated soft-life vibes as we celebrate ourselves, connect, and enjoy the final experiences of the day together. ✨ Makeup artists and glam touch-up experiences will begin at 2:00 PM as part of the Pretty Girl Happy Hour experience.
