Lunch: There will be gluten free rolls and one gluten free salad dressing on the table. I have done my best to make the rest of the meal as gluten free as possible. If you register during the Early Bird Rate, you will be able to choose your protein. Otherwise, you will be able to ask for your preference when you are being served, but it might not be available.

You can choose Celiac or Vegetarian when you register. Please contact me for any medical allergies I need to know about and we will do our best to take care of you.
