Más Que Salsa is delighted to bring you our FINAL monthly workshop and practica in Bath!❤️💃🏻🕺🏻
Sophie are I moving to Australia in March and therefore this will be last monthly workshop and social. It's sad to announce the closure of our Salsa journey but It has been an amazing and positive. We really appreciate your support since last April when we first started and our aim is to inject enthusiasm and positive vibe into the local dance community. We wouldn't be here without your support so thank you all so much again!
Our final monthly workshop is all about Musicality. We will look at the generic structure of the salsa music and we will also look at some of the most common instruments which you will hear in these songs. We believe that dancers will improve and connect to the music on a deeper level if they understand more about the instruments and how salsa music works in general. We will also prepare movements and steps for each instrument we show you so you can practice and use them during your social dancing.
Finally we will end the workshop with an hour of social dancing. It will be amazing to see you all and say farewell before we leave in the UK. Lots of love :)!

Burdall's Yard is a community venue & arts hub on the edge of Bath city centre, supporting the creative journeys of participants, audiences & artists.
The classes will take place in the 'Gallery' with a smooth wooden floor and it offers a bar and social area for refreshments during breaks!
