These somatic sensing outdoor movement sessions are on the last Sunday of the month 🕸️🧚🌱
Relax the nervous system and open your senses to connect with nature’s rhythms.
Tune into the natural world to remember the wild nature, breath and dance of your body in the flow of life. Find stillness and stopping in the body together through listening with the land Relax into the passing of time and changing seasons
Rest and restore your body, mind and spirit.
Wear all weather comfortable clothes, the park is a little hilly so good shoes are advisable.
Meet at the main double gates in the small car park off London Rd just up from St Clements and the junction with Marston Road.
