Join us for Trivia & Brewery Speed Dating, the perfect event for curious and social singles aged 48 to 58. This lively night combines the fun of trivia with the excitement of speed dating, all in the laid-back setting of a local craft brewery. Sip on delicious beers, show off your smarts, and connect with like-minded singles. Whether you score the highest points or just a great connection, it’s a night to remember!

💘 Here’s what to expect:

Once you reserve your spot, a confirmation email will be sent straight to your inbox. Spots are limited per gender to ensure a balanced event. The Monday before your adventure, we’ll send over all the details, including pickup times for those opting for transportation.

Kick off the night with a flight of local craft beers of your choice—it's on us! Then, settle in for a fun and interactive 1 hour trivia night hosted by our professional guide. You’ll be paired up with different teammates throughout the evening, giving you the perfect chance to laugh, compete, and connect. Every round, you will receive a different tasting of beer and new potential matches!

Once the trivia wraps up, it’s time for the speed dating portion! You’ll meet each potential match in a series of 5-minute mini-conversations. Don’t worry—we provide great icebreaker questions to keep the conversation flowing.

After meeting everyone, hand in your match card to our host with the names of the people you’d like to see again. No awkward pressure—just good vibes and genuine connections.

Within 72 hours, you’ll get an email with your mutual matches—along with each other’s contact info so you can plan a follow-up. We'll even suggest a few date ideas to help keep the spark going.

This speed dating experience is hosted at one of our partner craft breweries, Gallicus, in Gatineau on select weeknights from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a maximum of 20 guests. Need a lift? We offer optional minibus transportation from multiple pickup points across Ottawa and Gatineau (see “Pick up/Drop off” section at checkout). Pickups take place up to 45 minutes before the event, and we’ll send your specific pickup time by email a few days before. Transportation is available for only $10 (plus taxes) per person. You will be able to add transportation service at checkout after you choose your tickets. Our events allow for a 2-year leeway on the age range listed (so long as you are 18 years of age at the time of the event). The price per person is $50 (plus taxes).
