Ottawa Swim Clinic Series with 2X Olympian Mary-Sophie Harvey and more!
Head to Head promotes mental resiliency and physical wellness among young Canadians through Olympian led mentorship programs that teach healthy habits and inspire confidence. Mary-Sophie faced injury, illness, plateaus and many other challenges and learned a lot from her amazing swim career. She will share his extensive knowledge of the sport with the next generation of Canadian swimmers.

Sunday December 28th:
2PM - 3PM – In-class session - The Olympian's story and journey to the Olympics + Resilience!

3PM -5PM – In pool session - IM skills & drills, starts and technique!

12:00PM - 1:00PM – In-class session - Mary-Sophie's story and journey to the Olympics + Managing nerves & dealing with pressure!

Any group of 3 swimmers that purchase tickets together will receive a 10% discount! To receive this discount email [email protected] with the names of the swimmers!
Any coaches that have a swimmer in attendance are welcome to join the session free of cost - please just ensure to let us know in advance so that they have access (email [email protected])!
We keep our clinics as small group sessions so that each swimmer (no matter their level, ages 10 - 16) will benefit from the clinic and get time with the athlete.

What's the refund policy?
If you wish to cancel your ticket 7 days prior to the event, you can get a refund. Please request through Eventbrite.
*** PLEASE NOTE THAT EVENTBRITE WILL NO LONGER PROVIDE A FULL REFUND OF THEIR FEES. This means although you will get the majority of your payment back (if cancelling 7 days or more before the event), Eventbrite will not refund their fee. This is a new Eventbrite Policy that Head to Head unfortunately cannot control.
