Othery Yoga

A hatha yoga class with the intention of grounding and mindful connection to the breath and movement. Incorporating flow, strength and balance with a positive guided meditation at the end of the class to reset and leave the class feeling relaxed and uplifted.
Progressions and modifications offered.
You must be able to get up and down from a mat.
£8 per class if you pay monthly or £10 PAYG.
