Kick-off the annual Belfast Ice Festival at Our Town Belfast’s first Frost & Flannel Ice Ball on Friday, February 27 from 6:00 – 10:00 p.m. at the Belfast Boathouse. Dress casual in your favorite flannel and jeans or dress up in tiara and ball gown; Bean boots would complete both outfits perfectly!
