Event Safety & Important Information
Otaku Field Day is being held on FEDERAL PROPERTY. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, all guests, vendors, performers, and staff must follow the venue’s security requirements.
- 🚫 Drug-Free Premises — Drugs and controlled substances are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in removal from the event.
- 🚫 No Firearms or Weapons — Firearms, ammunition, knives, and other weapons are strictly prohibited. This also applies to cosplay props that could be considered or mistaken for real weapons. Please plan your cosplay accordingly.
- 🎒 Bag Checks — Security may inspect bags and personal belongings upon entry. Please allow additional time when arriving.
- 🥤 No Outside Food or Drinks — Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Food and drinks will be available for purchase during the event.
- 🤝 Respect the Community — Harassment, aggressive behavior, fighting, or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.
- ⚠️ Follow Security Instructions — Guests must comply with instructions from event staff and federal/venue security personnel while on the property.
