It's a BLOCK PARTY & Ribbon-cutting!
The August OSW Inc. Community Meeting celebrates a new mural, summer wind-down, reconnecting with one another & nice refreshments. Thursday, 8/20, 6-8PM -- our regular meeting time, but we'll be gathering at On the Edge Salon--the mural's new home. The Roanoke Scrap Collective will join the fun. And meet the artist, Rachel Anne Morris. Rain or Shine.
