Sound Bath Swansea and Chakra Food Swansea are honored to offer a weekend retreat for the Spring Equinox “Ostara” 20th to 22nd March 2026 at the Golden Grove Carmarthenshire.
Limited spaces to 12 persons, there are 4 bedrooms (three ensuite), two lounges, a beautiful African decor and scenic garden with hot tub, sauna, plunge pool and large outdoor fire circle. It is surrounded by an abundance of nature.
Cost is £350pp all inclusive.
