Celebrate the Spring Equinox with us! We will have an eggshell planter pot activity and guided meditation, followed by a Sound Bath.
Ostara is a festival that celebrates the Spring Equinox. It is a time to honor the balance of day and night, and celebrate the return of warmer weather and growth.
It is HIGHLY recommended that participants bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, etc to help you be comfortable during the Sound Bath portion of our session.
