Ruth, our sister of nature, will guide us on a mindful, informative woodland walk, inviting you to notice the gifts of nature in quiet signs of renewal and the balance between rest and rising energy that Ostara brings.
Claire will then lead a nourishing blend of yoga, restful practices, meditation, and reflective journaling to support you in honouring your own cycles.
Expect spaciousness, grounding, and a sense of inner awakening as we explore themes of balance, growth, and new beginnings.
This circle offers women a chance to pause, breathe, and step into spring feeling supported, connected, and gently renewed.
