The combination of physical exercise, mindfulness and spiritual connection through the great outdoors and mother nature. Is it worth reading on?
This year we extend our series of “Wellwalker” events to a voluntary, local event for Ossett. Mountain Worx’s WellWalker is aimed at helping to build a more resilient you, a more resilient us and ultimately a more resilient community through a balanced focus on mind, body and spirit.

There is scientific evidence that time spent in the great outdoors is a powerful antidote to mental health issues and that regular exercise can reduce the risk of mental health issues occurring. Yet as many as 1 in 4 people in Britain continue to experience mental health problems each year.
