Annual 2 day street photography festival in the heart of Oslo.
We are incredibly excited to welcome you back for the second installment of the Oslo Street Photo Festival. Meet our community and be inspired by the awesome speakers we have lined up for you. We welcome photographers from around the world. Even though we are Oslo-based, we are an international community that speaks English for the most part. So do our speakers.
Speaking of speakers - here are some of them. More speakers will be announced later:
Dawn Eagleton – @dawneagleton_
Dawn Eagleton is a British Street Photographer who specialises in candid street portraits. Fascinated by human expression and mannerisms, in 2018 Dawn embarked on a creative journey to explore and reveal the beauty of everyday people in unguarded moments. She has built a solid reputation with her signature “Through the Glass” portraits, many of which invite the viewer to connect with the subject through eye contact. To date her work has been exhibited in London, New York, Singapore and Rome and has featured in various reputable photography publications. Her first book is due to be published in 2025.
Dawid Łozowicki – @dawloz_streetales
Fascinated by human beings, Dawid captures fleeting moments up close, working primarily with digital, color photography combined with flash while occasionally experimenting with analog techniques. For him, documenting life is both a joyful pursuit and a way to deepen his understanding of the world around him.
Fredrik Axling – @fredrik.axling
Fredrik’s photography is mainly characterized by a sense of loneliness and nostalgia, often suggested through composition with strong colours and contrasts, where the human expression is in the center. Moreover, his photography often emphasizes the interplay of light and shadow, bringing depth and atmosphere to his images.
Øyvind Nordhagen – @oyvindwashere
Øyvind Nordhagen is a Norwegian documentary and street photographer based in Oslo who focuses on social landscapes and the human condition, particularly the Norwegain condition. In 2024 he spent 8 months making an epitaph to the Oslo tram car model SL79, titled “Not in traffic”. Taking the street photography perspective and focusing on the role of public transport as cultural heritage and public space. The project will be published in book form in 2025.
