OSHP District DMT Renewal

This is the annual renewal test for those members of the Highway Patrol with a valid Intoximeter DMT Permit. You may renew your permit no earlier than 6 months before your expiration date. If you permit has expired you can renew your permit up to two years after the expiration. If your permit has been expired longer than two years you will need to retake the class.
