Welcome to Osho Chakra Breathing Meditation in the heart of Copenhagen 🔥In this active meditation you will not only get to know your chakras but feel them and experience them. Through deep and rapid breathing techniques and movement of the body, you will find awareness, silence, and vitality.
Breathing while putting your awareness over each chakra will create harmony and balance positive energy flow in your body to keep you healthy physically and emotionally.
This meditation is the perfect way to start your day, full of renewed energy and a stronger connection to yourself.

🌱 You don’t need any experience in meditation to participate. Everybody is welcome to join.
🌱 Please arrive 15 min before the meditation start. You don't need to bring anything everything will be provided. There is a changing room.
🌱 This meditation is best done with an empty stomach.
