Oshawa Scotch Tasting

Join us for a relaxed and guided afternoon Scotch tasting celebrating Robbie Burns Day at The Torchbearer Taproom. This event is designed for both Scotch newcomers and enthusiasts alike, offering a fun, approachable way to explore Scotland’s whisky regions.

Guests will enjoy four curated Scotch tastings, each representing a different region of Scotland — Speyside, Lowlands, Orkney/Islands, and Islay — thoughtfully paired with light snack bites that complement the flavour profile of each whisky. The tasting will be guided, with brief background on each region, what makes it unique, and how the pairing enhances the experience.

Expect a casual, social atmosphere, a paced tasting (not rushed), and plenty of time to ask questions, compare notes, and enjoy the company of fellow whisky fans. All tastings and pairings are included in the $39 per person ticket price.
