OSHA 30-Hour Construction February 10, 11, 12, 18 & 19, 2026

This 30 hour course, facilitated over 5 days, is designed for employees with a supervisory and/or workplace safety responsibility. The course provides participants with the knowledge and skills needed in order to build a positive safety culture and reduce job-site accidents and injuries.

Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:

• Become more accountable for their safety and the safety of others on the job
• Understand how to identify, avoid, prevent, and control hazardous workplace situations
• Better understand the function and role OSHA standards and best practices play in worker safety
• Appreciate the cost of an accident or injury to employers and employees
• Demonstrate through a written exam their understanding of safety in the workplace.

Participants will receive their own copy of the OSHA Code of Federal Regulations Manual for Construction (29 CFR 1926) and will learn how to locate specific OSHA regulations within the manual, as well as how each standard relates to their trade.

Who Should Attend:

Superintendents, Foremen, Safety Coordinators, or any other employees with a supervisory and/or workplace safety responsibility from the Department of Public Works, Water, Wastewater, Parks and Recreation, Building and Grounds, Facilities, or Maintenance.

Registration Information:

• Available to Members of The Trust's Workers' Compensation Program Only.
• Advance registration is required.
• Registration is limited to 4 employees per Member. If you have additional employees you would like added to our wait list, please let us know.
• Deadline for registration is Monday, February 9, 2026.
• There is a $50 “NO SHOW” fee for anyone who registers but then fails to attend the training.
