SHS, in conjunction with OSF, will once again be hosting a sports physical clinic on Wed 7/22 1-4 pm. These will be by APPOINTMENT ONLY.
💰Each physical cost $25. Cash or Check ONLY (made out to OSF). All proceeds will be donated back to SHS Service Dogs Jacket Fund!!!
