Murray is beyond stoked to host Lo-fi & Red Project label boss and festival specialist Osey for a 7hr marathon set Easter Saturday. Lunchtime til sunset. This is a treat.Celebrating 25 years behind the decks, Osey has played just about every kind of gig imaginable. From sticky-floor dive bars to glittering festival stages, and a few wonderfully questionable rooms in between.
To mark the occasion, he’s launching a new series dedicated to the long-lost art of the long set: less quick hits, more slow burn; less playlist, more journey.
Expect a lovingly curated trip through the music that has shaped Osey’s life and sound. From classic rock and power ballads to trip-hop, downtempo, leftfield pop, and, of course, the delicious house music he’s become known for.
Cool, uncool, quirky, emotional, and occasionally a little dramatic (as all the best music is), this is a listening experience that celebrates songs with stories, records with heart, and the beautiful unpredictability of a DJ who’s been at it long enough to know that sometimes the perfect track is the one no one saw coming.
