Join us for the Osceola Community Health Services Health 2026 Festival on Saturday, April 18th, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at 1875 Fortune Rd, Kissimmee, FL 34744.This community event offers free parking, free entry, and a food vendor on site. Attendees can take advantage of free health screenings, including glucose, cancer, dental, vision, and blood pressure, as well as additional services such as mental health screenings and in-person appointment scheduling.
A special offer is available for the first 12 children, who will receive physical exams and limited vaccines at no cost on a first-come, first-served basis.
