About this Event

On Wednesday, August 12, you can help your high school athlete prepare for the fall season with a pre participation sports exam at Ortho Rhode Island (Providence). We are also offering them at our on July 29.

How to Sign up for the Pre-Participation Physical Exams

1. Click the orange button "Check Availability" and register with the student and parent/guardian's info.
2. Be sure to fill out the patient history form through the RIIL if you haven't already done so.

No Insurance Necessary. Spots are limited, and registration is required. Students under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
