The 2024 Dual Duel 10-mile relay and 10K solo track race will be July 23. This year, in addition, ORRC brings back many of the popular distinct events we've often held in conjunction with the Dual Duel on same evening. Choose from as many as you wish to enter:· ONE MILE Race, with Open and Pacers (predict-your-time) races.
· KIDS RUN (400 m or 1 lap around the track)
· Devil Takes the Hindmost 2-mile race
· 10 MILE DUAL DUEL Run and Race Walk
· 10K SOLO Run
TENTATIVE SCHEDULE:
5:30 pm – Packet Pickup Opens
6:00 pm – Men’s Open Mile
6:10 pm – Women’s Open Mile
6:25 pm – Pacers Mile (predict your time)
6:40 pm – Devil Take the Hindmost 2-mile
6:55 pm – Kids Run Non-Timed 400m
7:00 pm – Dual Duel 10 Mile (Run or Race Walk in 2 or 4 person teams)
AWARDS:
10K & Mile Events – Traditional ORRC ribbons (5-deep)
Racewalk & Quad Relay – All Open – Men/Women/Mixed (5-deep)
Dual Duel – ribbons based on sum of ages in Mens, Womens, Mixed (5-deep)
