• A guided social 10K with Ormeau Runners

• This is a social run, not a race.
• There are no pace groups, chip timing or medals.
• Participants should be comfortable completing a 10K.
• Adults only.
• Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted.
• Please provide your T-shirt size when booking. Due to supplier deadlines, sizes cannot be changed after bookings close.
