We are pleased to announce the 2025 ATHENA Leadership Awards Luncheon, presented by Orlando Health: a celebration of Lakeland’s most inspiring women—those who lead with purpose, elevate others, and embody the principles of ATHENA International.
This prestigious event honors recipients and nominees of the following awards:
- ATHENA Leadership Award
- Young Professional Award
- Organizational Leadership Award
This year's keynote speaker will be Kourtney Sanchez, Chief Impact Officer for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers & Executive Director, Glazer Family Foundation + Glazer Vision Foundation. A third-generation Tampa Bay native, Kourtney is a dynamic force in social impact and a bold advocate for meaningful change. In her role as Chief Impact Officer for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, she leads transformational philanthropic strategies that shape lives across education, health, equity, and youth empowerment.
The luncheon will also feature the inaugural graduating class of the Being ATHENA Leadership Program, highlighting our community’s ongoing investment in women’s leadership development.
