Saddle up for an evening with one of Napa Valley’s most daring wineries. Wayward is hosting an intimate, five-course wine dinner featuring the bold, boundary-pushing wines of Orin Swift, with every course crafted by Chef CJ Kahley to match each pour.
The night opens with something you won’t find on any shelf: a sparkling wine available only at the winery, flown in from Orin Swift just for this event. It’s a rare toast to kick things off before you take your seat.
From there, Chef CJ takes the reins with five courses, each paired with a different Orin Swift wine. An ambassador from the winery will be with us all evening, telling the story behind each bottle as you sip: the vineyards, the winemaking, and the thinking behind those famously unforgettable labels.
