In this engaging, hands-on class, you’ll learn how to prepare a version of this popular dish using the original flavors - heavy, sour, hot and salty – and serve it with jasmine rice and baby bock choy. We’ll also learn the story of how this popular chicken dish was created, and its interesting culinary evolution!
