Al Jardine, founding member of The Beach Boys and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, brings The Pet Sounds Band to TSB Stadium on 8 July 2026 for a night of timeless music.This is the only North Island show on their New Zealand tour, making it a rare chance to experience a true music legend right here in New Plymouth.
Expect the songs that defined generations, including California Girls, Help Me Rhonda and Wouldn’t It Be Nice, alongside deeper cuts and beautifully crafted harmonies performed by the 11-piece Pet Sounds Band, featuring Brian Wilson’s hand selected touring musicians.
Featuring Matt Jardine on vocals, who has performed with The Beach Boys and Brian Wilson for decades and has received rave reviews for his youthful Brian Wilson-like vocals.
A welcome dose of California warmth in the middle of winter, a natural fit for the region famous for its coastline and Surf Highway 45.
