The first part of the 26km course up Flagstaff, Swampy, down Morrisons and then run back down Leith Valley Rd to start. Aprrox 20km.
Meet at George St entrance to Woodhaugh gardens.
Bring your own food, water and any clothing you might need.
There will be at least 2 groups for different pace runners.
