What is Oriental Flow?
It’s where the soulful, rhythmic art of Oriental Dance (Bellydance) meets the fluid, relaxing world of Contemporary Movement and Yoga. Whether you want to learn dance technique or simply want to "unlock" your body and de-stress, this hybrid practice is for you.
The Experience:
🧘 Part 1: The Reset – We focus on the breath and spine to release deep-seated tension and free your joints.
💃 Part 2: The Dance – We dive into the elegant principles of Oriental technique—spirals, hip isolations, and graceful posture.
About Nathalie:
With 30+ years of experience performing and teaching in Egypt, Europe, and Latin America, Nathalie’s Ecuadorian-Lebanese heritage brings a rich, cross-cultural depth to every class.
