This interactive two-hour workshop is designed to help you determine your personal values to better align your daily, weekly, and monthly “to do list” with things that bring you the most joy. In this session you will: *Define your values and begin the process of understanding what in your life is encouraging or distracting you from self-fulfillment *Map out your various responsibilities and place them into groupings to visualize how you are spending your time *Determine what is creating chaos in your life *Begin the process of developing a new plan that prioritizes your values, happiness, and sense of center.
